A further addition to the product repertoire will be the need to train all those who will be responsible for installation. The training consists of a three day course and is always carried out by a certified trainer who has been trained by DBS Turkey. The training is very thorough as the installers need to understand how to mix the products together, prepare the products, select and mix the correct colours, clean and seal the end product as well as ensuring the standards of application.

Once someone has undergone the training course and starts installing they in turn will face the opportunity of taking their Flex-C-Ment™ process further and will be a fully qualified installer, thus creating a continual growth of installers and thus an ever growing distribution network.
